It is cold in the loft units

Has anyone got ideas to beat the cold at savannah sands. I installed wall panel heaters but they are not strong enough.

Loft extension

I extended my loft about 2 years ago for extra space.
It is awesome. I have lost the details of the guy I used but if anyone has someone they use please post here.

Top balcony drainage

I recently had to re-tile and re-seal my top balcony.
Water was collecting at the one corner near the geyser because of leaves collecting at the entrance of the drainage hole.

Make sure you get him to make sure that the incline of your top balcony leads to the new larger drainage hole.

Balcony Repairs, Leaks

I recently discovered that my balcony is leaking in to my neighbour's lounge below me.

This is as a result of rain dripping on to the wood part of the balcony.

I am sourcing quotes on the repair.
